Your tasks

• ROHM business in Europe (ROHM GmbH and SiCrystal GmbH)
• Process responsibility for the areas of: Contracts (customers/service providers/suppliers)/contract management, non-disclosure agreements (NDA), internal approval process (RFCS)
• Processing of all legal inquiries as well as communication with the responsible employees
• Support of the Headquarters regarding queries of European law
• Representation in court / legal proceedings
• Takeover and independent execution of projects
• Legal reporting (internally and towards HQ)
• Providing guidance and trainings to educate and enable our teams on legal issues
• Engage and manage external legal counsel, where needed

Your profile

• Completed law degree (fully qualified lawyer) or Bachelor / Master of Law & Business
• Good knowledge of Commercial law, Civil law, Corporate law and Data Protection law
• Good understanding of the semiconductor industry
• 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in the above-mentioned area or comparable activities
• Ideally experience within automotive industry / B2B business
• Fluent language skills in German and English (written and spoken)
• Confident knowledge of MS Office
• Willingness to travel
• Independent working style with the ability to work in a team
• Enthusiasm and reliability
